Spanish recipe > Marmitako
Marmitako is a basque region recipe ("basque country", north west of Spain). It is a fish stew made of white tuna (usually "bonito del norte", small white tuna) and vegetables. Including generally white tuna, potatoes, onions, tomatoes, fish soup, olive oil, green pepper, salt and red pepper or red pepper paste.
We are offering the Marmitako from Ortiz brand, it is a canned ready to eat dish. Just heat it in a pan for minutes and serve, or heat in hot water in the can itself, or use microwave.
